Andrew Sweet
Political Science Intern
I graduated Westfield High School in 2017. At Westfield, I was involved with basketball, track, and football. My senior year I was a captain on a State Championship football team. Prior to this internship, I worked in retail and catering. I look forward to continuing my education at Indiana University in Bloomington. I plan on studying business management with a minor in pre-law. I am interested in political science and world affairs.

I graduated from Westfield High School in 2014, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management as well as a degree in Corporate Finance from Olivet Nazarene University, where I also play football.
Justin Mamaril

Intern
I recently graduated from Westfield High School in 2017, and I will be attending Purdue University to study Industrial Design with a minor in French and Computer Science. I am self taught in web and graphic design, and have accomplished numerous projects around the Westfield community.
Business Intern
Ryan Pepiot
I graduated from Westfield High School in 2016. While at Westfield, I played Football all 4 years. I earned 2 varsity letters as the starting quarterback. In the summer of 2016 I worked as an intern for EdgeRock Development. I learned valuable lessons while getting first hand experience in the real world. Birch gave me an opportunity to help reel in his clients and show them what the City of Westfield really has to offer businesses. Now, I am a student-athlete at Butler University. I am majoring in Finance and thinking about adding a second major in either Management Information Systems or Marketing. Outside of the classroom I am #13 on the Butler University Baseball team.

"I graduated from Westfield High School in 2018, and while there, was heavily involved with DECA and the Investment Club, which is where I first discovered my passion for business and real estate. Currently I am a sophomore at IU’s Kelley School of Business studying Finance and Real Estate. At IU, I am involved with the Real Estate Club through Kelley, and recently Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. I’m very excited to learn more about the real estate development business and contribute to EdgeRock’s various projects around the city."

I am originally from Nelson, New Zealand and graduated high school in 2017. In 2018 I moved to Orange County where I attended California State University Fullerton and was a part of the women’s basketball team winning freshman of the year in the big west conference. In 2021 I transferred to California State University Fresno where I continued my basketball career and education. This past May I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology and was a part of the highest honor roll finishing with a 3.9 GPA. I recently moved to Indiana after graduation and am very excited to develop my knowledge in business and sales marketing working with EdgeRock.

I graduated from Westfield High School in 2022, and while there, was heavily involved with DECA serving as the Indiana DECA VP of Marketing my senior year, and WHS Basketball Team as a Student Manager. Currently I am a sophomore at the Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business studying Business Analytics & Information Management and Marketing. At Purdue, I am involved with the Delta Sigma Pi- Kappa Omega Chapter, Daniels Business Ambassador where I give tours and information to prospective students, and am a student manager for the Purdue Men’s Basketball team. I’m very excited to learn more about the real estate development business and contribute to EdgeRock’s various projects around the city I grew up in.

Luke Hay
I am a senior at Westfield High School, and I am involved with football, lacrosse, and DECA. I am planning on attending Indiana University and studying real estate next year. I am very excited to learn about development and be a part of the EdgeRock Team.

I graduated from Westfield High School in 2022, and while I was there, and played baseball for all four years and was involved in the National Honors Society. Currently, I am a sophomore at Purdue’s Daniel’s School of Business studying Finance and Economics. At Purdue, I am involved with the Marketing Club through Daniel’s, and recently Theta Chi Fraternity. I’m excited to learn more about business through real estate development, finance, and marketing while contributing to EdgeRock’s projects around the city.
