191st Street Development

The project is approximately 157 acres at the northwest quadrant of 191st Street and the Monon Trail. It consists of several different single-family areas, a church, a park, mixed-use areas, commercial areas, a sports tech building and an indoor racquetball facility. This development will breathe fresh life to Grand Park as it is in close proximity to the sports complex. The racquet center will consist of pickleball, tennis, and squash and will be one of the largest, premier indoor racquet clubs. The construction and infrastructure of this development is underway David Weekly Homes is developing about 300+ single family homes and construction of the homes will start late 2023. Commercial facilities will begin being built early 2024.
